Legals Only
$650

If the spotlight isn’t for you, a simple legals-only ceremony with two witnesses and myself can still create the perfect day. (Hot tip - if you’re wanting to keep this a secret, I can select two witnesses for you.)
The beauty of a legals-only ceremony means we can be creative with your location without the added cost of a permit or venue hire - from a tranquil garden, to your favourite bar, or simply sipping coffee in your lounge - your choices are endless.
It’s also an ideal option for couples who are having their wedding overseas but want to legalise their marriage in Australia first.

  • Did you know that the phrase “I now pronounce you…‘husband and wife,’ ‘partners for life,’ ‘wife and wife’ etc...” isn’t a legal requirement in a wedding ceremony?
    Neither is saying “I do.”
    Wild.

    So what is legally required?

    Glad you asked, strap in.

  • I’ll describe all that’s legally required to get married:

    1. We sign some super scintillating forms and certificates (that I provide).

    2. I recite the very poetic definition of marriage written by the good old Australian Government.

    3. You recite the legal vow sentence required.

    BOOM. MARRIED.
For some of you, this is the ultimate choice. What’s more, you can choose your setting. You can get married in your kitchen wearing your pj’s, in a gorgeous Melbourne garden, at after work drinks…you name it!

For Seb and Ngaire (pictured below) they wanted a simple ceremony on a row boat with a few mates drinking beer, rowing alongside them. It was bliss.

    Beats the Registry Office ammiright.

  • For many of you, the after party is the ultimate reason to throw a wedding. And I’m here for it. Your love deserves be celebrated!
    But…por que no los dos?
Your ceremony doesn’t need to be a mere formality isolated from the rest of the day. Rather, it should seamlessly align with your personal vibe and style.

We can incorporate familiar elements such as personal vows, saying ‘I do’ and exchanging rings. Overall, the essence of this day revolves around celebrating your love and showcasing what makes your bond truly exceptional. So, let's catch up over a glass of wine (or coffee) to discuss all the details.

Whatever your preference, just know that I will go above and beyond to ensure your ceremony feels just like the two of you.
